6 Currowan Drive Nelligen

For this project we produced the design and did the submission of the DA to council for a relocated house. The house is coming from Murrumbateman and we are preparing the site for all the services, constructing the pole platform and floor for the house to be placed on and building a suspended slab driveway to the new carport. The existing house will have to have the asbestos cladding removed and reclad. It will also have a rumpus room and bedroom underneath the house. This is a very step-sloping block with difficult access.













9 Raleigh Crescent Tuross Head

This project required us to do a design of a holiday house on a small block, to take into account the fantastic views over the Tuross River to Potato Pont and back to One Tree point. We did the DA to council for both the removal of the existing house and for the new two-story house to replace it. It has been designed to the client’s exact budget and has the classic beach house feel, large siding doors opening out onto decks on both the north and South sides of the house.






22 Beach Street Tuross Head

This job is a simple extension to a small beach house. One extra bedroom, a lounge room, bathroom and large deck. We have done the design and the DA submission and will blend in the new building work with the old building.
